Jamie

This is one of my very favs! I miss the auction and still can't believe that we went for decades! We'll have to find a new and fabulous tradition.

Here is a photo of me and Shannon shopping at Goodwill. I am so glad I have photos of this ritual of ours at Pay-For-The-Pound. Shannon, you look awesome!

As I have been creating videos for my blogs and starting vlogging, it has been hard seeing myself with a slight double chin that has always plagued me and seeing myself start to age.

But then I look at this photograph where I was the thinnest I have been as an adult woman thanks to the Candida diet and it helps me make peace with who I am now. I feel much better being curvy and cute. I love Goth but do not want my face to look like Skeletor.

Making peace with who you are now and the flaws you come with is one of the best things about getting older. It is also one of the hardest. But I'm getting over it.

Wow, amazing both are shopping pic rewinds! I feel like I should go tot he store and get some clothes (and I probably should because I think I still have and wear some of the stuff in the pics).

It's amazing the memories pictures hold and the times, thoughts and troubles then can hold and release - Suzie, I think it's very brave of you to let go of holding on to an image of yourself and make peace with where you are. That's so amazing, and an inspiration.

OMG, do I ever look tired in that picture! I think that was the day I almost passed out on the subway, Jamie and Justin had to catch me, LOL.

I wish there was a cheap place like the auction or Goodwill for us to do some clothing shopping together when I am visiting, that would be awesome. The VV here is too expensive.

Oh thank you Shannon. That means so much and it has been challenging for me, in ways I never expected. :) You rock.
