Jamie

I woke up in the night with a sore throat and earache. I guess that cold got to me! I spent the day bundled up and cozy being gentle with myself, doodling and watching Netflix. It was nice that I had just spent an entire day cleaning up the studio! It made it a lovely place to be.

Shannon

I didn't know what this phrase meant, but I was thrilled to encounter it as it came at the end of Book 1 of Le Morte D'Arthur. This epic freaking huge book and had been totally stumped on how to get through it, but I finally cracked the nut and my method is working. I hope to do a video on the technique, but wanted to make sure it was actually working. Now that I'm this far in it feels like it's really working. I wonder if I'll mention barely understanding the book... perhaps that will be a different video....

Suzie

I bought two necklaces and two bracelets the other day and this is what they broke down into. I love the colours and can not wait to turn them into fun pieces. Now, thanks to Beta, I know that my crafting is part of my brand and it doesn't really matter what I am doing, I am working towards that so that is good. Also, I keep asking myself, what do I want to do now (thanks to Shannon) and today I wanted to plays with beads and wire which is exactly what I did.

Wow, talk about progress!

That's great your system is helping you get through the book, Shannon. It's wild that a story that is so familiar can be so hard to understand! Yay you for sticking with it.

What a lovely collection, Suzie. I can't wait to see what you make with it. And I am just delighted to hear that Beta has been such a support! Yay Beta - Yay You!

Your workshop looks amazing Jamie and I am glad you were able to take care of yourself yesterday too. Hope you're feeling a bit better today.

Shannon, I have no idea what that means either but way to go getting through that book. I have never taken that one on.

Yes, Beta has been a huge help. I knew I had wanted to work with jewellery again but just had no focus and now that I do, I am happy to get going!

That's awesome that you got to clean the studio, gentle and bundled. Sorry that you had the sickies though Jamie, that part is not as nice.

Those are awesome colours Suzie! How fun to break down things to the beads and then make your own creations! And YAY for claiming crafting, that's huge. And sounds like, .. it's what you want ;)

This is one book where I'm thankful they have ridiculously explainly chapter titles, without that I don't think I'd have any clue what was happening. So far there are some characters I recognize and some moments of stories, but there is a lot that is totally new, and ah.. unclear :)
