Jamie

It was so great to get back to art picnic this week. These women have been incredibly loving and supportive while we've been through the Mom's illness and passing. They sent beautiful flowers to the funeral, loving creative cards, sensitive emails and Chris even fed us that delicious homemade food. Yum! What a blessing to be a part of this group.

Shannon

As much as I would have loved for my awesome green toe nail pedicure to last forever, last night was the night to let it go.  I am so surprized at how much I enjoyed looking at my toes for all this time.  I might have to crack out the polish and give my toes a go, after a day or so to breathe.

I know the feeling, Shannon. It always surprised me just how much I love having a pedicure - the experience itself and the pretty colours! I'm so glad you enjoyed your gorgeous green.

I'm so happy you got back to art picnic Jamie! It looks like it was a warm welcome, and how amazing and supportive folks were throughout this challenging time. That is really beautiful.

What a cute picture of your artsy friends Jamie!!! Love it! Now that's the kind of energy you want in your life, especially right now.

The Hulk's toes, LOL, love it Shannon. I still have my nail polish on but it is getting to be that time. They did quite well!

Sorry I didn't participate today. We have spent the entire day dealing with trying to find a dishwasher that will fit in our kitchen (and the fact that we have to buy a new one. blah blah blah) and it's been uber stressful.
