I was so happily surprized when I went out to Starbucks yesterday and got a breakfast sandwich and low and behold they were on sale! Don't you love it when stuff like that happens? I didn't even know til after I ordered and paid. Lovely.

Probably can't tell from this photo but I finally did my mole class yesterday! And... we both liked it. Shocking! It was a lot of work and frustration since my spice grinder seems to have disappeared but I am glad I kept my cool, sacrificed my coffee grinder and just kept going.

Yes, the view is gorgeous! Wow, sounds like you are crazy-busy but your room looks stunning, I would want to hang out there too.
Mole is a Mexican chocolate sauce. ;) Yup, we had chocolate chicken yesterday and it was good!
