Okay, I bet this looks very suspiciously like the previous days... because it is. I am continuing the readathon and two of the books I'm reading are taking a bit longer than expected, but I'm gonna keep on keepin' on with them! I also added another kid's book to the mix: A Wind in the Door, which is the sequel to A Wrinkle in Time. I'm enjoying it so far, it's a great combo of sweet but also kids dealing with some crazy stuff. I like fantasy that's like that! And I paired one of my most favourite bookmarks with it.

Suzie

Had a bit of a rough day. Walked all the way out to another McD's for a maple Danish and they didn't have them either. I pushed myself too hard and got upset and left when I really should have rested a while but I did not want to waste money on food I didn't want to eat. When I came home I discovered this fairy door at the base of a tree in front of my favourite house in my neighbourhood. That cheered me up a little but I spent most of the rest of the day in bed or on the couch.

Fairy door!!! That is so cool Suzie! Is there like a neighbourhood challenge or something ? I never know what they mean. I'm sorry to hear the McDonald's didn't have the item you were looking for. I get stuck in that stay-and-rest or just-keep-going mode. It's a trustrating place to be. I hope you got to rest afer all that.

Nope, that's why it was so surprising, the fairy door was just there randomly.

Wow, Random Fairy door. Don't make any promises to strangers, just in case it's for real fairies!
