Jamie

It was so great to sit down to art day! I have been aching to get at my found flowers and even made the time to do some more glitter bombing! This is definitely a great way to spend a Sunday!

Shannon

Art Day! I am not sure how I feel about this piece, I think it's still in process. I really like some of it but not all of it. Interesting to work on something, and then take a break before coming back to it. I wonder where it will go..if anywhere/?

Suzie

Dad and Julie generously bought me this sauce pan for my birthday. It's oddly weighted and is great on the stove but as soon as I put it on another surface, it was so wobbly that my Hollandaise sauce broke. I have not had a lot of successes in the kitchen lately but at least this is a neat photo.

I see a whole lot of strength in this picture, Shannon! I'll be curious to see how it develops or whether it's complete!

Oh, Suzie, that's too bad your sauce broke. I wondered if it was hollandaise! I hope there's an energy shift soon :)

Art day always looks like so much fun and it seems that each week more animals come to the party. :) Love the glitter bombing Jamie and Shannon, yes, so much strength there!

Thanks, I keep having foodie failures and it's so discouraging. I was rushing too which doesn't help.

We'll totally have to have art day when you come and visit, Suzie! It's going to be great.

You're making me think of Like Water for Chocolate. Maybe you need to do something that's really good for you, that makes you happy, and the energy will shift.

Glitter bomb animals and found flowers, that is one awesome Art Day Jamie! I love how every time you do art day you have such awesome photos, it always looks like in the midst of an intriguing adventure :)

I'm so sorry to hear your Hollandaise sauce broke Suzie, that's such a tricky one eh? I wonder what makes the pan so wobbly. Perhaps it's too saucy. (Groaner....)

Absolutely Jamie! I got my cheque today and so I'm looking at deals. Woot!

It's so true, emotions really tap into the food. I baked cookie today and they rocked. I seem to have much more lucky baking than cooking right now.

Shannon, I needed your help holding the pan to make the sauce like when we made Bernaise sauce, LOL. It was like the bowl was possessed, it was crazy, clanging all over the place, OMG, it was nuts. Next time? Blender!
