Jamie

Yesterday Justin and I went to have our eye exam. Nothing much has changed for either of us and that's great. Our optometrist is in a new neighbourhood, right above the Second Cup that we would go to en route to Mom's. It felt really sad to be there this time. The neighbourhood helps. I love this dahlia but omg in the picture it suddenly looks like it's going to snarf up any small dogs or children that walk by!

Shannon

I know this looks like a picture of the camera, but I was actually testing a primer I got that's suppose to make eyemake up set. This was supposed to be the 'before' to be compared with an after, however I totally got to take that after pic so I can't compare them! Oh well, next time!

Suzie

I had a wonderful lunch with my friend Miranda and her family at Tom's yesterday. She was visiting her sister and we had a blast talking about going to York together and catching up. I only made 2 friends at university and I am so glad we are still connected. I really adore her.

Woah, for some reason there is a serious gaussian blur going on with this photo that I didn't do! Love it.

I love that picture, Shannon! Testing or not, it looks awesome! It seems like the primer is a real find!

Suzie, wow, when I saw the name I thought, "Whoa, is that Miranda Miranda?" and it is! That's amazing! You can just see how much you guys love each other. You're both beaming!

It looks like this day posted twice! Craziness!

Gorgeous picture Jamie, it's amazing how many flowers are in that neighborhood especially at this time of year. I'm sorry to hear it was sad to be there, that hood will always remind me of Mom.

I'm so glad you got a chance to visit with Miranda, Suzie! That's so excited and you two look like you are having a blast. I don't know what a gaussian blur is, but the pic looks awesome!

I used the primer on my eyelids and up towards the brow, with no foundation. The issue I have is that eyeliner ends up over time on my eyelid in the crease, and therefore no colour has a chance of any staying power. With the primer it looks like it might work. Did you use it for eyes, Suzie? I'm glad it looks good! Thank you :)

Thanks Jamie!! I totally want to remember to lend you the primer to try and see if it works for you. So far, I'm finding I like it.

That could totally be out of A Shop Of Horrors but in a good way Jamie! And I'm glad both you and Justin haven't had major changes with prescriptions. It must have been hard to be down there though. I can understand that.

Oh I am glad that it sounds like the primer worked Shannon! I did get it for my eyes but my eyelids are so dark and brightening them up is very important to make them "pop" but I will try the primer one day without it.

Yes, that is THE Miranda! OMG, she would get a kick out of that. We really adore each other and I'm so glad it shows. :)
