Jamie

There's so much to share from this weekend - from the Michaels trip to shopping with Justin to dreamboarding to knitting - but what I thought I'd share was the kickoff to the PanAm games, which are going to be in Toronto one year from now! We're going to look at the eve nts and see what we might go and see. This city has so much to offer!

Shannon

After tons of games, it finally came down to 1 in the World Cup: Germany vs Argentina. Hilariously, I feel asleep for part of it but still got to see all the big moments (love the recaps!), and did see all of the extra time. Congratz to Germany for one heck of an amazing goal in extra time. What a fun tournament to follow. Who knew I would enjoy watching so much soccer? Er...football?

Suzie

It was a quiet and at times weird weekend but we did get out to the same kayak spot but this time it was  for a haddock dinner where I represented the Food Bloggers of Canada. It was an interesting experience I will write about later.

It was a jam packed weekend! I can't believe the PanAm games are in 1 years, I feel the need to go into research mode especially since the World Cup is over!

What a gorgeous foodie photo Suzie! I could tell from the light that it was taken outside. I'll be curious to hear more about the event.

Another late add from me.

It was a really full weekend! I even managed to see that winning goal of the World Cup, LOL! Shannon, I LOVE that picture! It really captures the energy of the moment.

The plating is beautiful, Suzie. What a great acknowledgement of your work that you were there as a representative of the Food Bloggers of Canada!

The World Cup was totally a wild ride. And omg Jamie, you came in at just the right time of the game! I had already watched 90+ minutes...and no goals, hehe.
