Jamie

I was walking around in the Annex yesterday when I had to laugh at this neighbourhood watch sign. Those creepy red eyeballs were replaced with a still from a movie. I'm sure a very relevant movie too, hehe.

Shannon

I'm so excited to have gotten out to journal! It has been wait too long since the last time. And odd, that my getting-out-to-journal pics often feature things like scones. I coulda just got a coffee! Maybe next time I will :)

Suzie

Had an evening showing yesterday so that gave me time to go out for a walk and I found myself at the dollar store. I realized that one of the reasons I am not engaging in my Craftsy classes as much as I want is I am not taking notes so I bought five notebooks. It worked! Last night I watched my Thai cooking class and made lots of notes which helped keep me engaged and glad that the knowledge I paid for is not vanishing into my chronically-forgetting brain.

That is too funny Jamie! So creative, so Toronto. Shannon, do you recognize the movie? Oh and we were both thinking of journals yesterday!!!

Journal magic!

I'm glad you got out for a journal date, Shannon - and scones!! Yum :)

Suzie, what a great collection! And yay you for recognizing what your learning needed! I find that too - taking notes keeps me engaged! I'm glad you enjoyed your class!

Lol, that's an awesome sign-addage there Jamie! And a bit creepy too. I can't place it, but I think you are right on it's a movie image.

I recognize those notebooks Suzie, and it's great that you noticed and found a way to be more engaged in your classes. It's so much about the tools, eh? I'm glad you found something that works.
