Jamie

I've been so sick and that's made me so restless. I was thrilled to get out for a little walk around the block and that trip was made all the better by a ton of cats in the hood! This is one of my favourite pics of one of my favourite cats, Shortie the Tortie. I was delighted to see her coming out of a house this week so that I know she actually does have a home. Phew!

Shannon

It was a bit of a weird day, being rainy and very quiet and as such I didn't take that many pictures. BUT I did remember to take one of making dinner. It's been a while since I had made Green Curry so it was time to have it, especially for a hot dish on a cold-ish rainy day.

Suzie

See that question mark? That's the corrupted file that lead to my meltdown. And yes, that's Hershel from Walking Dead there too. I wrote the company about the tech issues and they were so nice. They even offered to send me another box which just made me want to cry. But in a good way. I still feel so bad. Man, I hate letting people down. It's like one of my greatest issues. I'm not sure I am going to say yes to another box of candy. At least not until I'm back from Toronto. Maybe.

Sounds like the perfect day for green curry to me Shannon! I had to stop buying it though, too spicy for us but it's so good!

Yum!! What a wonderful dinner. And look at all that colour! Delicious and just what we needed on a really quiet day. Thank you!

Oh, Suzie, that's so awful! There is nothing more frustrating! What a heartbreaker. I'm so glad you received such an understanding response! I hope that makes you feel a bit better. ((hugs))

(PS Late add from me.)

Took me a while to figure out that photo Jamie, wow, she wanted some love! And yay to her having a home. :)

Thanks Jamie. I do feel a bit better. :)

That is such an awesome pic of Shortie the Tortie! I love that you can see her little fangs, hehe. I'm glad you got out to see some Cats in the Hood Jamie! That's definitely a sign of feeling better.

Wow, Suzie that sounds super stressful, I'm not sure exactly what happened from Herschall to Candies but I gather it wasn't a good video day. I'm glad the company could send another box. It's so hard when you feel so strongly about commitments to other people, it's hard when things don't go as planned. I hope you can find a way to feel better about it.

Sucky that the curry recipe ended up too spicy for you guys ... :(
