Shannon

Art Day project! I'm had some challenges with this one, mostly with not feeling like it looked like how I anticipated to look. After chatting about it for a bit, it came to light that I don't usually start things with a strong expectation of how it will look, so when this didn't match if felt very uncomfortable. So odd. It's amazing the layers of thoughts, feelings, history, intention, reaction that can come up while making art!

Suzie

Reg and I found out about a tavern called The Storm Crow and had to check it out. We rarely go out on the weekend but this place is specifically for geeks and check out the menu! Just like a D&D module. They even had Wrath of Khaaaaad!!! Fish Tacos! You can read my tale about it here. We LOVED it and can't wait to go back. But I think we'll go for Sunday brunch when we don't have to scream quite as loudly over the death metal music and gamers all around us. Although that was a lot of fun.

That's the menu? I totally thought it was a D&D guide! That place sounds awesome Suzie :) Sounds like a unique atmosphere, even if crazy loud.

Another late add from me.

Sounds like quite the process Shannon! Letting go of expectations, even when we don't realize we have them, is tough work.
