Jamie

I made a joke to Shannon about this awesome piece of clothing I got yesterday. Finally, a hoodie made for Jamie. It's black and shiny. Quilted. And oh, no hood. LOL! I love it. I've been doing some real clearing and caring for my clothes lately. That little book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, is really getting to me!

Shannon

I completely forgot to take any pictures today! Sigh! Well, another great moment from the week was getting out to the library to renew my card, which was really great because otherwise I couldn't take out any books online and that's just not...okay! Of course when I got home I took out way to many, but I love having so much choice :)

Suzie

Well my eBay auction is over and was pretty much a bust. I was hoping people would buy more than one item to save on shipping but nope. People only bought one item and the only items that sold were minimal shipping. This was my big seller. Made $5. I did not even come close to breaking even and I think all my sales were all to strangers, from what I can tell. I did sell a few t-shirts for 99 cents. Oh well. I tried!

Shannon, I'm so glad that you got out to the library. That's awesome! And now you're set for downloadable goodness! You're inspiring me. I really have to get there too!

Oh, Suzie, that sucks!! You worked so hard and put so much effort into it. I'm sorry it didn't turn out the way you hoped. I loved following along with the adventure and seeing your amazing photography and all the treasures you found. Maybe the treasure-hunting part is the good part.

LOVE the jacket Jamie! And too funny about the no-hoodie. Glad you got a great jacket, it's gorgeous.

And yay for getting your library card renewed Shannon. I can totally understand getting so many books after that. I just ordered a slew too, LOL.

Thanks Jamie. I had a feeling it wasn't going to go well but I tried at the best time of year with only 99 cent prices and it still didn't work so… Thank you for watching my eBay story. :) I discovered my love of toys again and for that? It was worth it.

Cleaning and caring...oh, I like that Jamie! What a powerful way to attend to your clothes, and to anything in life! I like it! And I love your totally awesome non-hoodie hoodie. It looks amazing!

I'm so impressed with your week of the eBay auction Suzie! So many great items. I'm sorry it feels like a bust and that you didn't break even. I loved the work you put into it and all the amazing items that you found. It's quite an undertaking and you made it through the other side!

I totally want a jacket like yours Jamie! So gorgeous.

Thank you Shannon! I put my whole heart into it with fantastic photos and everything… So if that didn't work, I can let it go and just shop for me now and stop wondering, "What if…"

Now I have to pack up the stuff and get it to the post office. I'll be happy when this stage is over and I can move on.
