Jamie

I was out and about yesterday and it was one of those days where there seemed to be a bird convention in every tree! In fact one little guy here looks like he's giving me "the look" for interrupting!

Shannon

The assembly of the Cabled Afghan continues, and I've decided to put it together as I finish rewatching Star Trek: The Next Generation. I can't believe I started my rewatch over 2 years ago now! I really want to finish it out and I'm really close with about 30 episodes left. I think it will be a good match as I have to keep my eyes mostly on the squares, and I've seen all the episodes before so I know what scenes I want to look up and watch. I can feel myself struggling with wanting to post about the episodes like I used to, but I don't have the energy to. I am trying to think of a go-around, an in-between, a clever something. Or...I could just...let..that .. feeling...go. Ack! What to do?

Suzie

Right after officially becoming a resident of BC (and now able to go to a doctor!!!) Reg and I came across this amazing Christmas display at Metrotown, our favourite mall. Isn't it gorgeous?! I can't believe it. I am actually getting into the Christmas spirit. Magic must exist after all.

Shannon, that pairing looks like it's going to work out perfectly! It's great to see your squares coming together. I hope you find a way to feel good about the rewatch. And omg, Tuvok, what are you doing?

Suzie, look at all that sparkle! Yay to the magic of Christmas :)

Oh those birdies are so cute Jamie!!! And yes, I see "the look" clearly, LOL.

Shannon, so hard to find balance isn't it? Putting the two together (knitting and Star Trek) is a great combo.

Yes, so pretty! It literally took my breath away!

omg that bird is totally giving you The Look Jamie! I am amazing at all the animals you see everywhere you look! This is quite a huge number of little tweeters, must have been a nice day out for them to play :)

Suzie that picture is absolutely gorgeous! YAY for the holiday spirit speaking to you this year. And we totally saw someone on the news at the exact same location!

I couldn't believe it when I saw it was Tuvok no Star Trek The Net Generation, what a confusing way to come back to it - and how dare he try and hurt Picard!

That is wild that you saw that exact location of Metrotown! Too funny. I am like rarely ever there so that's a wild coincidence.

Of course I looked at that photo and thought why is Picard hurting Tuvok?!
