This weekend Justin and I went to visit Dad and Julie and had a great time. We even got to go out on the big river tour! The weather was grey, rainy and windy but as we stood at the front of the boat getting windswept and trying to take pictures it was pretty exhilarating! There was also plenty of cozy time hanging out, drinking tea and chatting.
Caught up on a few movies on Netflix over the weekend, and after wanting to see it for ages I finally watched Mongolian Death Worm! And yes, it's as ridiculous as it's title, but it was quite entertaining.
Suzie
It was mostly a quiet and stressful weekend. Reg went out to kung fu Saturday so I went to have some shopping fun at Value Village. We have to figure out what to do about our car since it is not financially feasible to fix it so we spent the weekend debating whether we should get another car or not.

#thriftortreat, wow, great campaign hashtag. I'm glad you got out to VV Suzie. What's up with the car? I didn't realize there was a problem. That is stressful. I hope you can find a resolution, and I hope there is stuff in the 'hood close enough to walk until that's sorted.

Oh I mentioned the car in a comment at some point. To get the car up to BC's driving standards would cost the same as getting another car.
