Jamie

Yesterday was a great day. I managed to work in everything from posting to tidying to getting outside. Justin and I went on a great walk and saw three cats in the hood, including this sweetheart. I've met him several times but he has a newly inscribed tag so I now know his name: Tigger.

Shannon

It was so nice to do some art today! I really wish pencil drawings would show up better in pictures, but this is the best capture I got. They are hydrangea leaves. SO small, and so pretty! It was a lot of fun to draw.

Suzie

I got some time this weekend to work on my crafts room but it is still a mess. At least my window sill looks pretty!

The hydrangea leaves look beautiful, Shannon! And I'm so impressed you remembered what they were called :) I find that sometimes shifting the contrast a bit in Gimp can help make pencil clearer. These look awesome without it though.

Oh, the buttons in jars look so pretty! What a beauty treat on the window sill!

Tigger! So cute and I am so glad you got to go out for a bit Jamie. What an adorable photo.

Shannon, that drawing is amazing! I also think the photograph it is really good.

Thanks Jamie! I have dreamed of having window sill like this. I have one in the kitchen too, I love it.

What an awesome picture Jamie! Tigger looks absolutely gleeful enjoying some love. Beautiful!

That's so awesome you got time to work on your crafts room Suzie. It's great to have one pretty spot, because you can always come back to it as a point of success. Go, go window sills!

Thanks for the compliments on the drawing! I really enjoyed the hydrangeas. And thanks for the tip on working with the photos in Gimp! That's good to know. I'm glad the pic turned out okay.
