Jamie

We finally got our taxes complete and in yesterday - yay!! And though taxes aren't fun, getting a very Parisian treat at a nearby cafe is! I was just beaming over my raspberry tart and pellegrino while our tax guy was working the numbers!

Shannon

Whelp, it took 2 long years but I finally finished watching Prison Break! I can't believe it. It's kind of surreal to finally be finished watching it, and although I watched S1 & S2 back in 2011 I rewatched them to watch S3 & S4 and that was a lot to take in of a very intense show. I really enjoyed it, but sadly probably can't recommend it to either of you. I might have muffed up my Supernatural re-watch option this summer but I still might sneak it in while I pack, pack, pack!

Suzie

Of course yesterday was an awesome Hexed day (OMG Shannon, there is so much TV to talk about) but I am also continuing my blender video journey. I came up with a recipe for a cantaloupe smoothie recipe and shot it right before Hexed. I also had to get this video of me using the blender for the first time up onto YouTube. I realized I had been uploading videos at much lower res which is silly so I tried doing higher res. Then YouTube said this was taking longer than usual and put up a low res version instead and said it may be replaced with a higher version. Doing this video took way longer than I had anticipated but the learner curve continues! And it did replace the low res with a high res one. Phew!

Wow, Shannon, that's a lot of Prison Break! I really remember you diving into it because you were enjoying it so much! How fabulous that you've made it all the way through!

And Suzie, that blender and that video are both awesome!! That looks like it's the perfect smoothie making machine! I may just have to get one! I love the shirt and the ponytails - and the outtakes!!

That is an awesome tasty treat to enjoy while tax guy crunches numbers! I think you got the better deal, hehe!

And WOW Suzie, awesome video and I'm so impressed you are product testing a Kitchen Aid blender! That's so amazing and it is so powerful. I totally understand the learning curve with video - there is so much to learn and you don't neccesarily know when you will be learning it! The video looks amazing so I would say you are doing well :)

I think you totally deserved that treat Jamie! That's tough work, I know and hey, any day is a good day for a raspberry tar. Yum!!!

Shannon, that's a mega re-watch to finish Prison Break. Yes, probably not my thing but I am shocked I am enjoying Orange is the New Black. So glad you made it through Prison Break and I think the Winchester boys will forgive you.

Thanks Jamie! I am so grateful Reg helped me out. Oh good. I am glad the casual looked worked OK. I almost backed out of it but Reg encouraged me to do it that way. I love putting the outtakes at the end, thanks for watching. So far I love the machine. I do wish it was glass though but so far, I am loving it.

Thanks Shannon! It really is that powerful, I actually swear in the video but hopefully people can't hear me. Yes, so much to learn indeed! Oh good, glad you like how it turned out. Reg said it made him dizzy!

Yep, Prison Break has been epic for me but I'm glad I finally had a chance to finish (and enjoy) it. It's a tough one, that's for sure. And oh my, I don't even think I had Orange is the New Black on my list! I must add it!
