Jamie

I'm so proud that I managed to get out for a run yesterday! I am the most erratic runner ever! Still, I stick with it. The next step is getting regular with it. Of course, I always feel like that just before we hit winter! Whether it's running or not, I'm feeling good about shifting things into a really healthful, nourishing mode. I think we're needing that at our place.

Suzie

A happy photo for a frustrating weekend! I took this while at the walk-in clinic surrounded by so many coughing and sneezing people feeling quite doomed. I had to wait over an hour so I played around with the settings on my camera and took picture of this frog. I am definitely fighting something and spent most of the weekend asleep on the couch. The doc prescribed me eardrops which I was profoundly grateful for. So ironic that the Annual Odyssey Health Quest almost always ends in me overdoing it and getting sick. At least I am in less pain now thanks to the drops.

Way to go Jamie to get your run on! That is so awesome and I'm so impressed. Very inspiring and a way to crack changing to healthy habits :)

Totally awesome photo Suzie! What a way to work in some awesome photography goodness during a freaking long wait. It amazing how long we spend in waiting rooms, eh? I hope the Annual Health Odyssey is complete for another year and you can rest up soon.

Yay to getting your creative on while in the waiting room, Suzie. That picture totally makes me smile. I'm glad you got some ear drops and hope you're feeling better really soon!

I love it! The erratic runner, I feel like that should be a title or something. Yes to healthy and nourishing living, am with you on that for sure. What a beautiful photo too.

I had to do something at the doctor's office or I was going to loose my mind but that frog made me smile. Two more doctor's appointments to go, knock on wood.

Ear is finally feeling a tad better, thank goodness.
