Jamie

It's really quiet in the house these days and that is taking some getting used to. It looks like Shibumi kind of likes it!

Shannon

This was my view for most of the day. I had to cancel my plans because and needed a rest after all that unpacking. It's so hard to gauge in the moment how long it will take to spring back from something. But at least I got to catch up on a bunch of Nashville and enjoy watching The Voice!

Suzie

I actually got out for a walk today. Grey day but the rain held off. Went to the store and marvelled at the blossoms coming out. Picked up Parmesan and anchovies in oil for a pasta dish too. First relaxed-pace day with no appointments in so long, I can't remember. And my shoulder is improving too.

Sounds like a relaxed day was just what you needed. I'm thrilled to hear your shoulder is improving, that is such good news. I'm impressed by all the amazing flowers you are finding, it is looking very beautiful out there.

Shannon, you look so cozy! If you have to rest, that's the way to do it! I'm glad you're enjoying The Voice! I think there are some great singers this year.

Suzie, thank goodness your shoulder is on the mend. How lovely to have a relaxed pace day. And wow, those flowers will nourish the spirit. Every time I see that kind of colour in a flower I think of Mom.

Late add for me!

I wonder why it's been so quiet at your place lately Jamie? Hmmm... LOL. Adorable photo of Shibumi!

Shannon, you and me both! I wish I could fit The Voice into our schedule but without all those extra channels and times shifting... I wonder if it's on On Demand?

It's true, Mom would have loved those flowers, wouldn't she? Yup, things are so gorgeous right now if it wasn't raining all the time but we get little reprieves here and there.
