It felt like it was about time to have some lasagne, and so lasagne night it was! A bit different than normal, substituting peameal bacon and refried beans over ground beef, but I still think I got the spirit of the recipe. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!

That is one hell of a good looking lasagna Shannon! And did you run out of ground beef? Flavour combination sounds intriguing...
The ground beef wasn't smelling so great so I didn't chance it. Used some peameal bacon, a can of refried beans, plus red pepper and onion to fill out the recipe instead. Worked out pretty well!
