Shannon

After about a month unplanned hiatus from vlogging I came back in full effect with tons to say and share. I am so thankful for chatting through some of the sticky bits of how I was feeling about this on the recent episode of stART, it really helped me figure out why I was doing it and got me totally enthused about getting back to it!

Suzie

This week from hell is finally over! I still felt like crap yesterday from getting off caffeine and sleeping pills but we had gotten such beautiful produce, I couldn't let it just sit there. I made a light corn soup and a beef stir fry for dinner. I swear, food really does have healing properties and it was the first really "Suzie the Foodie" day in a long time. I loved it even though it was hard. Today the winds of change are blowing big time and I woke up without a migraine. I actually slept too. I made it!

Shannon, I was hoping stART helped you with your vlog and getting through that rough patch. I am looking forward to seeing your latest videos and am so happy that stART helped.

Late add from me. Been a super tough week but I made it!

I'm so excited to hear that the winds of change have arrived Suzie! I think it's so amazing how much you have kept working on things to figure out what was going on and getting through it all. That corn of cob is totally the cutest, is it from your garden? We had some awesome corn earlier, but didn't see (or smell) and just right peaches this year.

I'm so excited too Shannon! And thank you. I tried to get through it as best as I could. No, we got this corn from Kin's. They have their own farms. Wish I had grown it. Would have been a great year!
