We are back at guitar - yay! I was worried getting out and about when I'm just starting to feel better but it was fine. In fact, we had a pretty good class and feel like we're making pretty good progress. We're loving playing classical duets! I am going to go and look for a 3/4 classical guitar though. I have a feeling it would be much easier for my wee hands!

Doing some multitasking and watching YouTube videos on my phone and transcribing the last couple of cable square patterns for the blanket. One of the patterns had me seeing stars, it was so crazy! I think I finally figured it out, although until I start to knit it I won't know for sure. And watching the video instructions helped. Here is hoping it's all good!

Reg and I spent a rainy yesterday at the mall twice yesterday to get Reg's licence renewed. I thought this was the coolest piece of functional art I have seen in a long time. It creates a semi-transparent blind. It's just random pieces of paper embedded in a fuzzy kind of resin.

Lol, Shannon, when I saw your phone I thought you were Skyping with Dad!

Wow, the pattern sounds crazy. I'm confident you can figure it out. I've got to get back on that project! I still have Halloween as my goal date for being complete!

Suzie, that's fascinating. I totally thought it was a counter top! You guys are getting so much done!

I thought the same thing! And, what does Dad have to do with knitting, LOL. Patterns like that are so challenging Shannon, hope you figured yours out.

Jamie, so happy you are back at guitar. Do you need to buy a new one for your small hands? Classical duets sounds great to me.

Woohoo for being back at guitar Jamie! And for getting out and about and feeling a little bit better, that is all great news. I wonder what your 3/4 guitar will be like :)
