September 23, 2014

I have been doodling non-stop in my journal while I've been sick. I was so excited that these flowers actually looked like my geraniums! I can't believe that a little note in May Sarton's Journal of a Solitude brought to my attention that I can bring these beauties from the garden inside over the winter in a pot! I'm delighted and we'll see how it goes! Thanks, May Sarton!

It's a week of major returns and beginnings for TV (18 shows this week that I'm tracking...). I usually organize all my TV stuff on the weekend, but this time it carried over to Monday and wow it was a bit overwhelming to do all the organizing. I look forward to actually watching some of the new shows, now that everything else finally got put in it's place!

Made the first REAL homemade meal in our kitchen last night. It was absolute madness figuring out where I put everything but it worked out awesome. I officially love my kitchen. And flank steak!

It's amazing how many shows from last year did so well in your rating system and now there are new shows on top of everything! Definitely overwhelming. I am amazed you can keep up and thanks for the TV help! I would have been lost last night without it.

Wow, look at that planning, Shannon. Amazing! We have to keep watching stuff so the PVR doesn't explode!

Suzie, the kitchen looks fantastic. I'm so glad you love it and have officially made it your own with the first real meal!! Yay!!

Late add from me.

It's so awesome you can now enjoy your geraniums over the winter Jamie! I totally love this drawing of them, and I totally recognized them! Woohoo!!

Oh Suzie, you much be over the moon to get back in the kitchen and cool for realz. I love how your kitchen looks, especially that cool blue blender. What a delight!

Well see by the end of the week if I can still keep up with TV, hehe! I spend a lot of time organizing it all, but when I can look back and see what I liked and what I was watching it feels worth it.

And omg, yes, we'll have to keep watching stuff for the PVR doesn't explode! I put it through a work out, that is for sure!

Is that your own illustration Jamie? Amazing! And yay for saving the geraniums from the winter.

Yes, so happy to be in my kitchen. Can't wait to get more produce but doing OK so far.
