November 1, 2013

Jamie

This is one of my favourite jack-o-lanterns we have ever made! I just love how he turned out. We had a more laid-back celebration than we normally do but it was just as awesome as ever. We even made it through 4 movies! Thank goodness we went with Insidious first, in the afternoon, with lights on, while I was crocheting, because even this morning it's still creeping me out!

Shannon

Halloween! Halloween! It was so nice to have an awesome relaxed Halloween with lots of treats, scary movies (including the very-traditional Constantine during pumpkin carving) and great company :)

Suzie

It was a very stressful week but I managed to setup the front yard graveyard and Reg got home before the sun set and even dressed up as a warlock. We had about 15-20 kids come and had leftover pizza for dinner and candy for dessert. The rain held off until around 9 pm, right after we brought all our decorations in. I am very happy to leave this last cycle behind and start fresh but have a feeling November is going to be about reminiscing.

Hope you both had a great Halloween! I was with you in spirit.

Oh I LOVE that jack-o-lantern Jamie! It just screams, Shizam! Four movies?! Wow, super impressive. Insidious was scary and I am glad you watched it first too. So glad you all had a great laid back movie-watching Halloween. :)

It was so much to have a relaxed Halloween this year, it felt like a total holiday and just the right pace. I'm sorry Insidious was so scary Jamie! Good thing we watched it first!

I'm impressed you got so many kids out Suzie! That's not bad at all, we didn't have a one this year. More candy for us, muwhahahahah!

PS Another Late Add from me :)

I love that you got a picture of Constantine and our pumpkin, Shannon! What a wonderful relaxed day we had. I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought the balance of films was brilliant!

Suzie, I just love that picture of you and Reg. It's a CLASSIC!

I'm sorry it's been a stressful week. I hope the Halloween festivities took the edge off. Lol, who else would that happen for?
