Jamie

And this is why we can't open our windows all the way. Escher and Shibumi particularly keep eyeing the part where it's open like they are going to climb right up and out! We're trying to get them used to it by leaving it more open when we are in the room but it is nerve wracking!

Shannon

It's a rare day that I'm awake when the sun is rising, but today it happened. Although I was bleary eyed and barely awake, I could see the beautiful colours and (of course) had to take a picture. I'm glad I did, because until I downloaded my pictures from my camera I had completely forgotten this moment of the day.

Suzie

So many meetings! Today was a meeting for the pottery studio and the leader shared that I helped out with cleaning out the horrid and scary sink yesterday by representing me with Barbie Wonder Woman! Ken (not his real name) actually did most of the work but I did hold the bag and offer moral support. It was nice being acknowledged and I really do enjoy being a part of the studio. I just wish I had more time with clay, so many meetings!

So pretty! And so glad you captured the moment and then also discovered it so you could share. :)

Woohoo you are Wonder Woman, Suzie! That's is wonderful to be acknowledged for the help and support that you give there, sounds like they see it!! Hopefully you can get more clay time soon...and less meetings!

What a beautiful moment. I love seeing the sunrise from my studio window - and I love knowing that we're looking at pretty much the same patch of sky! I'm glad you captured the moment.

What a wonderful acknowledgement, Suzie. How cool that he picked Wonder Woman for you - absolutely perfect! It's so cool that you've really become a part of the community there.

Late add from me.

Wow... is that Escher Jamie? I feel weird when I can't tell them apart! I am sure they LOVE the open windows. I hope you find a good balance of breeze but not feeling nervous. It's gonna be a fun summer!

I guess using screens wouldn't make a difference, they would just find a way to get through them eh? Nerve-wracking indeed!
