My phone's camera proportions are so weird!! Here is me getting ready for an awesome episode of stART with you guys. That was so much fun. I am just delighted we do this show!

Getting back in the hang of physio, and getting lots of gold stars! I love that I have Star Wars stickers to put on my Star Wars calendar to celebrate every time I do this. Woohoo!

Man, was I ever feeling rough. Was doing OK for stART but after getting groceries, making lunch... I felt sick to my stomach and crashed. Went and picked up my meds and stopped by McD's for a quick dinner. Treated myself to a HUGE iced coffee frappé that they have that I love so much. Hit the spot.

Sorry to hear you had a rough patch in the day Suzie, I can totally understand that as I crashed after stART and for most of the day thereafter. I am glad you got your mojo back and wow that's one big frappe!!

Late add from me.

Yay you, Shannon! Clearly Star Wars is great inspiration. Maybe physio is your Jedi training!!

Suzie, I'm so sorry that you felt rotten later in the day. I hope the treat helped and that the medicine supports you in the days to come!

It was awesome filming stART yesterday. Late add from me!

Cool photo and perspective Jamie!

Shannon, I love that you have both the calendar and the stickers for physio, that's the coolest. Jedi training, I love it!

Yup, that's the biggest frappe you can get! It was pretty much my dinner. Haven't been hungry lately but bring on the summer drinks.

Hope we're all feeling better soon!

I think your phone pictures are like, the ratio of your phone.... looking at it in the image, it looks the right scale! Totally crazy. Love the picture, took me a while to 'see' how it worked, Jamie! It was so much fun to do stART all together.

Oh... I like thinking of physio as Jedi training. I need a Jedi name! Ab-Shan? hehehe
