Yesterday Justin and I went to see Polly Esther's Dammit, Jim, I'm a Comedienne not a Doctor! She shared her two-year mission of delving into Star Trek, culminating in some powerful moments at a convention. It was great to get out and support Polly and man, it has me wondering, if I was to do a one-woman show, what would it be?

After I went through the last box (the dreaded mostly-outdated electronics box), I treated myself to a tea and banana bread. It took resistance to just eat this piece, and not like the rest of the loaf, but I did it!

Suzie

I was sick yesterday with a head cold so in some ways I was grateful for this frozen burrito but not a huge fan. I think I have to start getting much pickier about what I say yes to reviewing. Still, I was too sick to cook so glad it was there in my freezer.

Yay you, Shannon, on all counts! That's great you faced the dreaded electronics box. WTG! And yay to having a slice of banana bread to celebrate. Yum!

What a drag the burrito was disappointing, Suzie, but what a relief it was there so you didn't have to cook! I hope you're feeling better soon. You've been feeling so under the weather for so long. ((hugs))

Oh how cool you went to Polly's show Jamie! And wow, what a question about what your show would be? Did you figure it out? I have no idea what mine would be.

Good job on getting the cable box sorted Shannon and yay for banana bread!

Thanks Jamie. A kid at D&D was coughing and sneezing all around me last week, I knew it was just a matter of time. Been another rough winter but I'm trying to take care of myself.

I'm so glad you got out the see Polly's show Jamie! Sounds so fascinating (insert Spock voice for "Fascinating".), I wish I could have been there. I would love to hear what show you would do for a one-woman show. Ideas brewing are always a good thing :)

It's always nice to have some easy-make food options, I plan on working on that! Sorry to hear this burrito wasn't that awesome, but glad you could take a night off cooking!
