I've been looking for an opportunity to get bulbs in the ground this fall. Yesterday was sunny and the temperature not too bad so I got out there quick as I could! I've planted two kinds of white daffodils and one set of white tulips. Plus Botanus included a bunch of mini yellow daffodils. I was going to give them away but then I literally heard mom saying, "No, I want to see them. Plant them for me." It's amazing how that happens. I feel badly for ignoring the garden the latter half of the summer. Once the kittens came in, I just couldn't tear myself away to get outside! Hopefully this is the beginning of another beautiful season in the backyard.

Isn't that funny when Mom's voice comes to visit like that? I am glad you got a chance to get back to your garden Jamie!
Bulbs! I hope they all make it this year Jamie, and it's totally cool that Mom gave you a little push to keep the daffodils. I wonder what they will turn out like. I guess spring will have surprizes! And the garden will return in it's glory next year, and totally might have enjoyed a low key summer :)
