Jamie

I was up at 6:00 - a dark, grey, stormy morning after a night of scary movies. It was a little unnerving. With coffee in hand, I sat working on my November newsletter and the sun started to rise. Somehow it felt like a fresh, beautiful start. It was just what I needed.

Shannon

I totally should have done a pre-and-post pics of this awesome pizza...but it disappeared pretty quickly after coming out of the oven! A real treat :)

Suzie

Oh to have a day without rushing! It was kind of blissful. As a result, I discovered templates on iMovie I did not know excited and the album one worked great for this little video I did to commemorate our Halloween. It was weird thinking this will be our last Halloween here. I really want to document our life right now and my new batteries came on Halloween for my camera! It was a Halloween miracle.

I felt so better yesterday being able to take my time and just have fun. I even crocheted a little!

Wow, that is a beautiful sky on the morning after a day of scary movies and a very fun Halloween. It's weird when it can be creepy that early.

I'm so glad your batteries arrived for Halloween and I loved the memories that you put together, that's smart thinking as you will be somewhere new next year. I think the template worked great! That is so cool (and I recognzie some of the effects that people use on YouTube - *that's* how they do it!), and I especially love the "Directed by Suzie Ridler" - woohoo!

A fresh slate Jamie! Getting through the darkness and into the next morning light and yet being a tad spooky. I guess it was quite powerful then. You did watch a lot of scary movies though!

Shannon, that pizza looks awesome! Sometimes I say screw it and just eat the food afterwards too, LOL.

Thank you! I really do want to commemorate stuff as much as I can and we do love to bring a fun experience to the small amount of kids who come to our door.

Oh really Shannon? It was a first for me but I bet people use that template all the time. It really is plug and play. Funny, it defaults to saying directed by Reg R. LOL. Guess I have to do more on my computer!

That pizza was so good! That might just become a Friday night tradition!
