Jamie

I continue to feel horrible and spent the whole day in bed. It was nice to have Escher keep me company for almost all of it! He really can be a lovely quiet and close presence.

Shannon

Snow in April. I'm unimpressed.

Suzie

Did some photography of my jewelry and used a background I painted myself. Not sure I like it as much as the wood but not too bad for the photo of these earrings I made. Turns out pink backdrops do not work for food, LOL.

Me too, Shannon. Blech. Though, lol, I just love the colours here!

Suzie, that looks awesome. What a great idea to paint your own backdrops. And I totally love those earrings. They are stunning.

Escher is such a beautiful and unusual cat! I'm so glad he has been there for you Jamie.

Damn. Snow in April blows. I am unimpressed too!

Thanks Jamie! Not sure the background worked but it was interesting to try. And thanks for the feedback on the earrings. I really love them too and hope someone else hearts them too.

Oh my goodness Jamie, that picture of Escher is precious! I am so sorry to hear you continue not to feel well, what a challenge that can be when it just keeps going. I'm glad the cats can keep you company.

I think that's an awesome backdrop Suzie! How awesome that you painted it yourself! I wonder why pink doesn't work for food - it works awesome here!

I love the colours too! I often think about trying to paint that view..but not on snow days!
