Jamie

This week I treated myself to the new Just Dance! So far I haven't fallen in love with it the way I have the earlier versions but I am totally in love with getting to dance with Shannon!

Reg was out so I had the afternoon to do some foodie projects like roast some pumpkin seeds. It was so dark and rainy I had to take them outside to get a decent photograph. It was even more challenging doing a video tutorial! I am determined to keep doing videos despite the chronic darkness of the west coast. Hope you both had a wonderful Halloween!

Omg, those pumpkin seeds make me want some! We didn't do a pumpkin this year and I miss the crunch, crunch, crunch! Yay you for being so persistent, Suzie! I'll look forward to your tutorial.

I'm so glad we got a chance to Art Day, Shannon - and to keep it light and easy.

Oh, wish it was a better one Jamie, hope that you warm up to it! Yay to getting to dance together.

No pumpkin?! Wow! We barely found ours, got so lucky this year.

Woohoo for the new Just Dance!!! I am having so much fun dancing together Jamie, I'm so glad we got avatars that rock :) I hope that it gets a little more impressive too, but so far it's still a lot of fun, and so nice to get moving :)

Awesome pumpkin seeds tutorial Suzie! I had no idea that you can cook them slow roasted like that! I always want to make them every year but I often futz out because of drying them overnight, lol. The video didn't look dark at all btw, way to go on perservearing on that. As Tim Gunn says... "Make it work!"

Slow roasting worked great Shannon, especially for getting them extra crunchy. It is a bit time consuming but they were a big hit in art class too. It was fun to share. Oh I am so glad that the video wasn't too dark, thank you for watching and oh I love that Tim Gunn. He's a genius and yes, make it work indeed!
