Jamie

It was a sunny day and the cats were really loving hanging out in the studio chair. I thought it was hilarious that Scout made an appearanc ein stART too! Thank goodness that didn't contineu though, lol.

Shannon

Salad success! I am so glad I was able to stick to my cooking and meal plan and make a salad, especially after a rather full day. And it turned out to be a pretty good salad, which is a bonus because I'll be having it a few times this week!

Suzie

What a whirlwind day! Videotaping in the morning, filming stART in the early afternoon and then I walked all the way to Dollarama (not close) so I could get malt balls for my Milk Chocolate Malt Ice Cream. I was so tired I ran out of energy to make the ice cream but I am all set tomorrow and snuck a couple of them as a treat today.

That photo almost looks like a mirror image! And that was fun that Scout showed up for stART.

Shannon, I had almost exactly the same salad for dinner. Way to go sticking with your food plan!

Hehe, I love that moment with Scout. Though I'm worried that they have been talking more. It's been blissful that they are pretty quiet cats, hehe.

Shannon, that looks like a great salad. Yay you for sticking with your plan. What a good idea!

Suzie, what a full day! I'm glad there was a treat in there. That ice cream sounds amazing!!!

I love that picture of Scout and Shibumi, Jamie... They looks so sweet in the sun and Shibumi looks so sleepy! Very sweet siblings they are :)

I'm so curious to hear how the malt milk chocolate ice cream went Suzie! What a busy day, heading out for an indregient shows such determinations. I totally can relate to not having the energy to cook after all that.

FYI the ice cream ended up being a little gritty because of the malt but man, it's delicious! Can't wait to put it into a milkshake.
