Jamie

Yesterday I started to feel a bit better. Good thing too because we had our eye appointments. We had thought we would go out for dinner after the fact but our pupils were so dilated and it was so sunny that we just squinted our way home! Later in the evening we did manage to go out for a walk and spent some time in a lovely little park with spectacular trees and flower treasures. It was good to be outside and feeling more like myself.

Shannon

Another day where I almost took no pictures! I did get this one in though, and it was good to gets some art in the day.

Suzie

I tried. I picked up Phil Collin's autobiography and tried to read and I just can't. I even tried reading in bed which is a real no-no for insomniacs and nope. I am bored. Just too bored to sit and read. Can't do it. Bloody hell, it's really starting to upset me. It's like I just don't care about anything anymore.

Glad you're feeling better Jamie and what on earth is that in your hands?! I haven't had bleary eyes from the eye doctor in a long time, wonder if they're doing it right?

Excellent that you got some art work done Shannon!

Wow, Jamie ... that is a spectacular... something! Flower treat is a good word for it. Sorry to hear it was post eye doc dilation meant no dinner out, but I see you were still able entertain yourselves!

I'm sorry to hear reading the Phil Collins books was a no-go Suzie. It's hard to read when it feels boring. I've gone through many years of not reading, I wouldn't be to hard on yourself, Suzie...sometimes it's just not the right time.

Thanks Shannon, sorry for that bit of a rant. I keep trying because reading would be a great help to me right now but I just can't seem to do it. I heard Victor from Y&R being interviewed the other day. Perhaps his autobiography will be readable.
