Jamie

It feels like a time full of fresh starts and transformation. Justin and I are really working at the Gym Challenge and actually loved the taco lettuce wraps we had tonight - yum! I'm feeling very committed to my morning workouts - even if this is the kind of view I have for my walk over. I will take this to mean that my workouts are blessed by the moon.

Shannon

It's a little star day! And by that I mean I got a little exercise in, and that counts too. I'm slowing easing back into things but I can feel that I gotta remember to rest. And to move. And to rest again. Here's hoping for a smooth transition back to whatever normal is these days.

Suzie

I got out to the market to pick up some meat, cheese, sour cream... It is now officially the dark season of BC but at least there are still some bright leaves on the trees. I did not miss all of autumn on the west coast.

WTG, Shannon! That's awesome. I think that sounds like a great training regime - work, rest and stars!

Wow, Suzie, that is a beautiful photo. It's great that you didn't miss all of autumn. I hope you enjoyed your meal.

PS All I ever want to say these days, Suzie, is I miss you!

Working out under the misty moon! Love the taco wraps idea, that's awesome Jamie. You sound so inspired!

Way to go Shannon and yes, such a balancing act, isn't it? Yay for the star!

Same here Jamie. I think about it all the time. Miss you both so much.

Wow, I had no idea it was *that* dark when you go to the gym Jamie! Way to connect with the moon though, I think she approves! And YAY to Lettuce cups... Cabbage works well for that kind of thing too, it's pretty sturdy.

So much texture in that photo Suzie! With all that bright it doesn't look dark at all!

And boohoo I forgot to get my star today. Oh well, there is always tomorrow!
