What a wonderful time we had yesterday at the seminar!! I was thrilled by the engagement, the thoughtfulness and the ahas!! I am so very glad that I decided to take this topic and turn it into a class! I'm so glad that you could both make it!
It was so great to be at Jamie's seminar today! I had so much fun chatting with folk and of course gaining valuable insight into creative practice. I noticed some spots where I'm am totally lacking, and others that have a solid rhythm. It was really fascinating to see. I can't wait to practice my...practice(s)!

I did get to journalling on Thursday like I have now decided I want to do (I had no idea but thanks to the workshop Jamie, I didn't realize how much I wanted to) and also had time to make these earrings. I've been studying styles for a long time and am getting more in tune with what I want out of jewellery. These came from pieces of a necklace I bought two weeks ago that has been sitting deconstructed on my desk the entire time. I finally had time to make them and I adore them. I still think about making jewellery as an artist to sell. Maybe one day.

Shannon, I love that picture. It's so funny because it's almost like mine but I like yours way better! LOL, I think it's more blue :)
And speaking of blue, those earrings are beautiful, Suzie! That's awesome that you're honing in on what you like and what you want from jewellery. Creating is such a powerful cycle of expressing ourselves, learning about ourselves and creating ourselves too!
It was such a special event altogether and Jamie, you did so great! The presentation itself looked so professional and I love the personal touches with art in there like the heart with love. Bravo me too Shannon, I had no idea that I was missing some things like journaling.

Wow, full day for you Suzie! Seminar, journalling and earring making! The earrings look awesome, so cool that you are getting more in tune with what you want to make jewelry wise.
