At Mandarin with Jamie for Mom's Birthday. They had a dumpling festival, and I think Mom would very much have approved of the dumplings.

When I saw this flower yesterday on my walk (yes, signs of spring are springing) I thought of Mom and how much she would love it. I wish I knew what it was and really wanted to ask her.

It was so great to get out and celebrate Mom in our traditional way. I agree that she would have just loved the dumpling festival. I even had a few that I liked!
