While Justin and I are taking a break from lessons, we thought it would be a good idea to invest in our guitars. Justin kept the one he'd been playing since the start and I decided to upgrade to one just like his. They ordered one for me and I went to pick it up last night. When they pulled her out of the box, it was love at first sight. I just liked her. She's a bit different in that she has a cedar top and I'm enjoying the nice warm colour. It will be great getting to know her as I get back to practicing.

When for a bit of an impromptu coffee yesterday, even though I had already gone coffeeing earlier in the week. I guess there is no rule that it has to be just one time a week!

I can't wait to see your zombie make up Suzie, and way to go for trying a new thing with the latex wound...I hope it if fun to work with. Eep, that sounded totally gross! haha!
I'm so nervous about it Shannon but in a good way. I think the wound will be fun to work with, LOL, yeah, it does sound gross. Reg isn't sure we have enough of the glue which I didn't know about when I went. On well, we'll just have to hope for the best!
Look at you breaking more rules, Shannon! Okay, um, no, I mean, seeing there are no rules! No rules when it comes to coffee shops! I'm glad you got an extra visit in there :)
And wow, Suzie, you're on an adventure with this! I hope the weather holds out because it sounds like you're up for an amazing time!
And another late add for me. As things flip around in the studio my schedule's in a bit of flux and it is throwing me off. Hopefully I'll be in the zone again soon :)
I was wondering about you and guitar Jamie, I am so happy you and Justin both invested in them and that you are back to playing guitar. That is awesome!
Woohoo to new guitar! I think it's so awesome you got a guitar Jamie - and how inspiring to do that in between lessons to keep the energy going. She's a beauty :)
