Jamie
I'm trying to stay relaxed and focused as I prepare to take a week off next week. I managed to get two promised pieces out into the world and get the podcast for next week ready to go. The newsletter is the one remaining piece before I can shift into refilling time. I'm excited because for at least two years Shannon and I have sat down to planning day and I've said I've wanted a week off at Easter, knowing it's when my energy needs tending - and this is the very first time I'm actually doing it!
It was such a treat to read A Wrinkle in Time. I started it ages ago, but picked it up again this week and started it from the beginning and absolutely devoured it. I totally see Suzie as the main character Meg, and I loved that it felt so mysterious and wondrous. A true delight.

That photo is gorgeous Jamie! And I'm so glad you could wrap stuff up before your big holiday which is so smart of you. :)
Shannon, wow, now you really got me thinking about that book! I have to get it out of the library and check it out, literally!
Isn't it cool? I couldn't believe it when I walked in the studio and a twinkie light had literally gotten inside one of the tulips. Perfect!
I loved hearing about this book. I really thought I had read it but now I'm thinking perhaps I haven't. Something to look forward to!
I'm so excited that you are having your week off at Easter Jamie! I hope it's wonderfully relaxing and completely re-energizing. I love this picture, it feels full of promise.
Looks like I've inspired some reading (WOOHOO!). I really enjoyed A Wrinkle in Time and think both of you would like it too. It's really wonderful.
