Yesterday was really a productive day. I was able to work on the podcast all morning and then had some wonderful calls in the afternoon, one with my interns and one with the lovely Karen Hager, who was lovely and generous in sharing her knowledge about creating a rocking radio show/podcast! She's a treasure and had some great tips!

Strictly speaking, this isn't from yesterday but I did change my Facebook profile pic to it yesterday. It's recent (new cardigan!), and I've been trying to quietly remember to take more pics of me every now and then.

And LOL, thanks for pointing out that I hadn't actually explained what the photo is! It's my blessing bowl. After chatting with Karen yesterday, I made a card for her. Oh! I'm going to make one for you and your healing right now! I am out of practice with my bowl :)
