I love this intimate moment of Thanksgiving 2007! Wow, it was so much warmer then than it is today. We had the fan going at Shannon's and today we might have the heat on! We'll also be having stuffed mushrooms and veggies and dip! I love sharing this moments. I look forward to a Thanksgiving when all of us can be together. Wouldn't that rock! Now, I have to figure out when I have to put the turkey in. I hope it wasn't half an hour ago ;)

Thanks so much for sharing this thanksgiving! I can't believe it was that long ago, 5 years? Really? wow, I was in that apartment longer than I remember! It was a nice Thanksgiving, and I totally remember how warm it was and it was before I had a screen door so eating in the kitchen sure was a warm-fest!
Very much looking forward to todays Thanksgiving and many more to come :)
I have only cooked a turkey once and was abandoned to do it on my own and haven't been drawn to doing it since, especially since it is just the two of us but I will be attempting a crockpot turkey breast tomorrow for the first time.
Love all the happy memories! Sorry I couldn't share a photo today, life is just too insane. Have a wonderful turkey day together! We will be there in spirit.
Yeah, a turkey is way a lot of food for just 2, I think it's great to make new traditions that work for you too!
Hehe, thanks for letting me know about the turkey. I checked the master list and it's 15 minutes per pound, so it doesn't have to go in until 3:30 (if I've done the math right!
Suzie, that sounds like a really smart approach. And then you can get it done and sit back and enjoy the day!
