Suzie
I spent the whole day working on this focaccia recipe by Anna Olson. Three risings! I barely got it done before the sun went down and I did not put enough salt in the recipe. Sigh... At least it's pretty!
Wow, Suzie that looks amazing! I am so impressed. Three risings, I didn't even know bread could take all that. Sorry to hear it isn't salty enough, can you add it later? Or have it with salted butter? Looks yum from here.
Thank you Jamie and Shannon! I should have added more salt to the dough but it was wonderful. Fantastic texture and flavour. Yes, salted butter would be smart Shannon!
