Usually I can't go anywhere without taking, like, 500 pictures but yesterday I only took one! Perhaps this man is feeling the same angst I did when I literally went to 10 coffee shops and couldn't find a single one to sit down and write in! I was really hoping for an hour's respite after a very tender meeting with the man who lent Mom the slide scanner.

New SLIPPERS! So excited. I was hankering for some slippers like this and Old Navy had them. YAY!

Oh I so hear you on the coffeeshop angst of not finding a place to sit. It is so disappointing when that happens. 10 is a record though! I don't think I've lasted past 5 tiries.
And I totally couldn't tell if that picture was a sculpture or a painting!
