Jamie

I think I'm turning into a cat. I feel like I have completely disappeared into a world of sleep and slow observation. I don't remember the last time that I was this sick. You can still hear the rumbling in my chest from all the congestion, even with a week of medication. I am trying to be at peace and gentle with myself. All of the good company from the kittens has certainly helped.

Shannon

It was an almost pictureless day, but I did take this snap of dinner which was just as I like to call it "food". Odd day, find a little out of sorts and didn't get much done but did flit from one thing to the other throughout. March has been a weird month!

Suzie

Busy day getting out to the library in the snow, picking up food to help us through the week and then off to drawing class. I almost didn't go, so tired, but I am glad I did. It actually energized me which surprised me. First day I felt like I didn't suck at drawing.

My new system is working! I had to take a rest break (longish) so I picked a film from my 1h30min or less jar and watched it while I rested! Film wasn't brilliant, but wasn't awful, and for me that wasn't even the point... the point it I watched something instead of endlessly scrolling. YAY!

Suzie

Too funny Shannon! Our photos are quite similar. I finally got to watch a cooking part of Masterclass (shh!!!). It was very exciting. Now I have to learn how to make brioche. Otherwise it was a cleaning, laundry, blood work kind of day. Got to VV and picked up 4 huge long sleeve shirts for $15. They look like crap because they're totally unfitted but I can wear them under my fleece jackets.

Shannon

After finding myself going through decision fatigue one...more...time... on a movie to watch, I decided that I'm most likely about to make my decision based on how long something is, so I spent time noting all the films in my Netflix queue by time... and now I'm going to make them into little slips of paper so I can randomly pick out a film to watch. I hope I end up loving the surprize factor of these, and end up watching stuff... in stead of spending so much time trying to decide what to watch!

Suzie

I am so close to using up the last of the free milk that showed up at my place! Have one day to go so I made a batch of French toast with turkey bacon. Some comfort food on a day with so much snow that I just refused to look out the windows.

Shannon

It was great to get out today and hang out with Jamie... ah, hey, I know you are saying "That's not Jamie!" and that's true.. but given that Jamie's sick I didn't want to put any photo pressure on her. I think the owl doesn't mind standing in this one time :).

Suzie

I finally got to open studio and worked on various projects. There was no clay so it was glazing day for all of us which is just fine, had many little bits and bobs to work on. It was exactly what I needed.

Shannon

I didn't take many pictures yesterday, but I managed to snag this one during physio of all times.. Stretches for the win!

Suzie

Reg and I went to play squash together! It was a dark and rainy day but we both wanted to get a workout in and so we went to a court. I couldn't believe when I realized it had been over 15 years since we last played! I love squash. It's intense but you can rest when you need to. It keeps your mind engaged 100% and uses short blasts of energy. Everything I loved about volleyball but with a racket. It was awesome.

Shannon

I got some vlogging in today, including sharing a ridiculously ambitious TBR (To Be Read) for March. Lots of interesting books in there (cuz I don't pick boring books! usually!). One I'm really excited to get to is Women Who Run with the Wolves, which I've had since it came out but never read it. It's the pick for an online book club that Emma Watson (aka Hermione) runs. I hope I like it!

Suzie

It's embarrassing but this is one of the only photos I took today, other than the blood pressure one. Walked all the way to the dollar store to pick up some supplies and this caught my eye.
