Two days! This ramen took me two days to make! And I am still getting my eBay auction ready and making videos in the dark. I did rest today though. Couldn't sleep but I did rest.

It was awesome filming stART today! Video seems to have been the theme of the day. I launched my apple pie video and did an unboxing video too. I should have cut my hair a long time ago! LOL.

Day 1 of the Autumn Readathon, it's always interesting to see how the new books fair. Sadly, the first two I tried were really dry which isn't great to read late at night. I hope Day 2 goes smoother!

What a weekend! From going to ramen, hanging out watching horror with Shannon and then the Buffy Singalong... I'm exhausted but in a great way. The singalong was so liberating. How many times have I gone to a musical and bitten my tongue and NOT sang. Here we all belted it out to the screen with other fans. It was so much fun. Sadly, Reg missed it because he had to teach kung fu. Maybe next year!

It was not supposed to be a potter's wheel day but the weather was so bad and flu season is alive and well that I got to spend a lot of the afternoon on the wheel which was amazing. Exhausting but I loved it, especially now that I have graduated from goblets to bowls! Everyone else is doing fancier shapes but I want rice bowls. Came home covered in clay. It was awesome.

Oh the sunshine keeps getting me into trouble. It is getting rarer and rarer so when it comes out I can not help but leave the house and do much more than I should. Today was no exception. Got to the bank, stopped by Starbucks to inquire about their Zombie Frappuccino (coming next week), bought flour (so heavy), make an apple pie video, did laundry, paid bills... Got sharp chest pains. Nothing but some TV, tea and a slice of apple pie can't fix but I know I'm pushing my limits. Rest day tomorrow, even if the sun comes out.

Yesterday I started what I hope will be a new practice of getting out for a walk and listening to an ebook. It felt so good! I went pretty spontaneously and with determination so ended up with just throwing a hat on, stuffing myself into layers, having no makeup and just going. I felt a bit self-conscious but the hilarious thing is I think just about everyone that I saw gave me a big smile and a hello! I must be doing the right thing.

It was so great to hang out together and have Art and Netflix in the books for today! I love that we take a chance on the films we see and have had such interesting results!

Tables and tables of clay wedged into bricks that were wedged into each other to make bigger blocks of clay. Exhausting. My arms still feel like they're going to fall off. So grateful we got to hang out and watch Welcome To Me together afterwards.

Yesterday was just the weirdest day weather-wise. The wind was wild. The sky was grey. Suddenly it would rain like crazy and then it would be sunny. In the midst of all of that, it was great to sit down to art day with Shannon and just focus on drawing and hanging out. Though I think we discovered that it's harder to talk while drawing, LOL! Who knew?

Nothing like a power out! A windy, windy day made the power go poof! And there was a brief moment where the lights came back on... and than they went out for a few hours. I'm glad I picked up candles!

A lot happened on the weekend but the most memorable was Oktoberfest! I really didn't think a non-drinker would find it fun but man was I wrong! The night whizzed by and it was a complete blast. I wish I had the rest of the weekend to rest but nope... Life has been super busy lately and I guess I just gotta enjoy it before my body can't keep up.

Had a blow out in pottery class (left) and turned it into a spout (right). Wish life were as easy to edit. Saw that major construction is going to be started right outside our door tomorrow and it's going to be pipe work and who knows how long it's going to go on. I feel like I'm being crushed from all angles.

Really struggling. Used a piece of leftover extruder clay that looked like a log to me to make it a little nature scene. Came home and crashed.

I got out to do a lot of errands in the rain and went by this poster at Value Village. I have so little content for my food site right now that this helped me decide to update/fix my Halloween posts that got hacked, create new recipe cards for them and reshare them every day online. I am also continuing to go through every piece of paper I have and all my belongings and do some hard thinking about what I need to keep and want I need to get rid of. This is going to be the biggest downsizing yet. Not easy.

Totally epic night of getting to meet Bruce Campbell and hear him read from his latest autobiography about being a B Movie actor. Well Reg really go to meet him and have a real moment together which was so awesome to capture with my camera and we had other friends come too. I got to rest for a lot of the day as well which I am so grateful for so I could be really present for this.

Thank you both for helping me figure out what to change my Etsy store name to. It has been approved and High Tea Boho Boutique is now live and Etsy is automatically changing the links for me which is wonderful. This is one of my last mermaid pendants from my 2017 collection. I was amazed at how well that textured autumn glaze gave it that rusty look as though it had been on the bottom of the ocean for eons. Got some rest in too but I am anxious to get back to my creative projects, as you can tell!
