Something like that would be awesome.Jamie Ridler Studioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03406607157962872001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7491992562898036318.post-74088671311757757372012-02-17T10:55:26.101-05:002012-02-17T10:55:26.101-05:00That's a great deal for a yoga DVD! He needs someone who really teaches him the moves and doesn't assume you know how to do downward dog... That's great that the instructor is likeable, yes, so important!Suzie Ridlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08603343663483772145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7491992562898036318.post-55608894162195583802012-02-17T10:19:21.469-05:002012-02-17T10:19:21.469-05:00Ah, that makes total sense, Suzie! You do downward dog and plank and tree, etc., but there are also strength moves built in (like being in Warrior 1 and straightening and bending your knee). It was under $10 on Amazon when I got it, making it pretty affordable to give it a go.

So much seems to ride on whether you like the instructor or not. I quite like Bob.Jamie Ridler Studioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03406607157962872001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7491992562898036318.post-77040349842019096512012-02-17T10:03:52.564-05:002012-02-17T10:03:52.564-05:00Jamie, is that a DVD? Reg is, ahem, very particular about yoga classes and if you found a winner, I would love to hear about it. Art/crafting is saving me right now. That looks right up your alley!

Shannon, what a wonderful surprise and that does look tasty, yum!

Thanks for letting me know I am not the only one struggling with making videos Jamie. It does hurt the brain, doesn't it? I literally got a tension headache but then I watched the video and was happy and knew it was worth it.

Crafty seems to becoming my "word" right now. I like the idea of Crafty Suzie. There is something so naughty about it and I like that it can also be linked to witches in a cool way. Creativity felt a little too safe.Suzie Ridlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08603343663483772145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7491992562898036318.post-74954104094995523342012-02-17T09:10:46.897-05:002012-02-17T09:10:46.897-05:00Lunch and Learn ftw!! Justin bought me a video editing program for Christmas last year and I still haven't delved into it! It really can be skull-hurting!

Hey, why did you go from Creativity Thursday to Crafty Thursday? Just curious.Jamie Ridler Studioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03406607157962872001noreply@blogger.com
