There was some movie-ing this weekend! I got out to see Logan *and* I saw Arrival. Those were two really big movies on my to watch list, so it was nice to see them! Both were pretty heavy, and quite good, but I think now it's time for some sunshine-and-rainbows stuff!

Yesterday we went out to a fancy pants Jewish deli in Gastown in downtown Vancouver with a friend of ours and a big gang of her friends. It was a dark and depressing day. Great way to make the most of it and nothing like a Reuben sandwich to make things better.
Wow, a double bill? Nice Shannon! So glad you got to see both Logan and Arrival. :) Yes, that's true, quite heavy. Especially Logan but both so good.

ReplyDeleteOh... Not a double bill. I don't think I could handle that. Arrival is available to rent, and I watched it the next day. Going to the movies wears me out, wouldn't be able to stay awake for a second film... even at home!
