This continues to be an incredibly intense week of work. Yesterday I filmed my Fauxbonichi class and it reminded me how much I absolutely love keeping one of these journals. I really miss it when I don't do it and hope to renew my practice.
A slice-of-life pic for the day. It was nice to get some Glue Journal time in before dinner. One of the things I am really enjoying is that I can take as much or as little time with it as I like. I can do just one page, or (shocker) and unfinished page, or I can keep going and going til I run out of steam. Really cool.

Had a very long day today helping out a friend and was rewarded with a little sunshine! Which is supposed to hang around with us tomorrow too which is so exciting!
Wow, that is so cool to see your behind the scenes look at the filming of the Journal Lab classes Jamie! I am so loving doing the Fauxbonichi again, I really hope to keep up the practice. It truly captures the day, and I love looking back at it.

Sounds like you're doing a good job at being flexible about how much you are getting down with that journal Shannon, which is awesome.
