It's been absolutely lovely having the interloper become a more regular visitor. Recently we've been seeing a big beautiful long-haired green-eyed black cat come by and it occurred to me that s/he may be the Interloper's parent. I've taken to calling him Big Daddy. A couple of times these two have seen one another and sit in a calm but very focused eye-to-eye standoff. Only when Big Daddy moves off does the interloper leave his post. I think he's beginning to consider tour yard a part of his home.

I shared on stART yesterday that I picked up a sketchbook and put pencil to paper, and started with my ever-traditional first subject of drawing my hand. I wonder what I'll drawn next!
It's wonderful to see you drawing, Shannon! I loved hearing too about the traditional Shannon topics for drawing! So interesting :) I hope you keep sneaking up on it, hehe.
